LI-98C is a high performance thermal adhesive tape designed for the most demanding applications. Like all of TG’s thermal adhesive tapes, it is useable over a wide temperature range and is not affected by climatic or thermal cycling. This material is commonly used for the most demanding of applications where excellent thermal characteristics are needed in combination with good adhesive strength. LI98-C is available on rolls in thicknesses of 0.15 and 0.25 mm.
