The HDO4000 series delivers bandwidths of 200MHz and 350MHz in two-channel versions, and bandwidths of 200MHz, 350MHz, and 500MHz and 1GHz in four-channel versions. Maximum sampling rate on all channels is 2.5 GS/s. There is 12.5 Mpts/ch of memory and a maximum of 50 Mpts. The mixed signal versions add 16 digital channels with a digital sampling rate of 1.25 GS/s. Minimum detectable pulse width is 2ns and maximum input frequency is 250MHz.
