The second portion of the configuration is the sensor definition. This defines how the elements are grouped and the method used to measure the capacitance. In this example the method, relaxation oscillator with the PinOsc, is reiterated. Also indicated are the peripherals used to implement the relaxation oscillator and gate timer, TimerA0 and the WDT+ peripheral respectively. The sensor definition also describes the measurement time of each element, 8192 SMCLK cycles.
