In summary, the power stage device is an integrated driver with high side and low side MOSFETs in a 5x6 SON package. An efficiency of 91% with 2.6 W power loss at 2 MHz and 25 A can be achieved. The Power stage device has the highest frequency available of an integrated MOSFET solution which reduces output filter size and cost. The grounded lead frame helps to improve thermal performance and reduce EMI noise.
