Symbols and abbreviations on the dial are defined here. The symbols noted in orange on the dial can be accessed by pressing the orange FUNCTION button. The FUNCTION button toggles through the various functions. Pressing the FUNCTION button advances the setting and will continue until the desired setting is seen on the display. It is then ready to take readings.
