Method one involves calculating an average current based on the provided parameters and then applying the Constant Current Application sizing method. Imax is calculated by Power/Vmin, Imin is calculated by Power/VWV. Now use the Constant Current Method to determine the capacitance value. Using equation 6, one can calculate the capacitance needed by using Iavg which equals 3.72 F. Now using equation 7 to solve for Ccell, the designer can determine the needed capacitance per cell which is 25 F.
