Welcome to the Nexperia Resistor-Equipped Transistors (RETs, Digital Transistors) product training module. This presentation will introduce resistor-equipped transistors (RETs, also known as digital transistors), as well as their structure and common applications. Users will be introduced to the Nexperia portfolio of RETs including the 80 V parts, and will learn about different applications for RETs and the suitability of 80 V RETs for emerging 48 V mild hybrid electric vehicle (MHEV) systems.
