The 50 V RETs have a wide range of current rating at 100 mA or 500 mA, and both ratings are available as single or double RETs. 50 V RETs come with quite a large variety of packages which include the leaded packages like SOT23 or SOT457. The DFN package comes with the technology of the side-wettable flanks that allow AOI inspection and is focused for automotive applications. The DFN version without side-wettable flanks is also perfectly usable for all other applications.
