Welcome to the Renesas RL78 Timer Units product training module. The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction on the RL78 timer architecture. It will provide an in-depth look at the details of the different timer units available and explain their usage. The timer units included in this training are the Timer Array Unit (TAU), the Real Time Counter (RTC), the Interval Timer, the Watchdog Timer (WDT) and finally the PCL Buzzer Output.
