This slide shows the salient features of a micro-power MHz oscillator which can be leveraged for a wearable design. First, its size with the smallest footprint of 1.2mm². Second, its low power with a core current draw of only 60µA. This is 18% lower than the current consumption of a MHz oscillator circuit on a leading ultra-low-power MCU.
