The measured frequency stability plot on the left illustrates that an SiT1532, an uncompensated 32kHz MEMS oscillator, is two times more accurate than a 32kHz quartz crystal. The plot on the right illustrates that an SiT1552, a temperature-compensated 32kHz MEMS TCXO, is up to 40 times more accurate than a 32kHz quartz crystal.
