This slide shows the current range of SLLIMM and SLLIMM–nano devices covering a power range from 100 W to greater than 3 kW. The devices denoted in black typeface are utilizing ST’s Punch Through Planar Technology IGBTs, while those in green typeface indicate options that are apart of their TGFS technology. This is further indicated by the ‘C’ before the 60 in the part numbers. A ‘K’ (in SLLIMM) or ‘H’ (SLLIMM-nano) in the same position indicates PT Planar IGBT technology.
