The maximum operating voltage of the L99ASC03 is 28 V, but it can operate down to 6 V. The absolute maximum voltage that the device can handle is 55 V on the gate drive pin and the charge pump. The gate and the source pins, as well as the current sense amplifier pins are designed to handle negative voltage that can occur during operation. Being an automotive qualified driver, it is designed to operate from -40 to 150°C die temperature, and with very little quiescent current draw during standby.
