Welcome to STMicroelectronics’ Silicon Carbide MOSFET product training module. This presentation will provide an overview of Silicon Carbide applications and introduce the technological advantages to using Silicon Carbide MOSFETs in place of IGBTs. The first production parts will be introduced and case study designs will be inspected to highlight how the use of SiC FETs can improve cost and performance in high power applications.
