This product family is available in two different package options. The first is an industry standard SOT-25 which is also known as SOT-23-5. The second package shown is a smaller Torex original package named USP-6C. This is a very small, 6-pin flat package with dimensions of 2.0mm by 1.8mm by 0.6mm in height. As shown in the photo, the USP-6C package contains a large heat-sink plate in the back center resulting in a very good power dissipation performance.
