The XC9235/XC9236 series has a soft-start function in order to minimize inrush current during a start-up. There are two soft-start speed options, high speed and standard speed. The graph on the left shows a high speed version where the output voltage goes up within 0.4 ms from when the CE enable pin is turned on. The graph on the right shows a standard speed version where the output voltage goes up within 2.5ms.
