Toshiba has a wide selection of gate drive photocouplers with output current ranges from 0.6 A to 6 A. The TLP352, with a propagation delay of 200 ns makes an excellent choice for high speed applications. Additionally, the TLP700A, with propagation delay of 200 ns in a small SDIP6 surface mount package is ideal for high speed application where space is limited. Many of the devices shown in the table on this slide support a 125°C operating temperature.
