This slide shows the Toshiba lineup of high speed logic photocouplers. This lineup can support 1 Mbit per second to 50 Mbit per second speed in various package choices and numerous safety standards. Many items are also 3.3 V and 5 V devices. For 20 Mbit per second items, two types (open collector output and totem-pole output) are available. Again, the small SO6 package, which meets various safety standards, is ideal for space constrained design.
