The TLP754, TLP714, TLP2404 and TLP104 are excellent choices for IPM drive applications. All of these devices support an operating temperature of -40°C to 125°C. They also feature a low supply current of 1.3 mA (max), and isolation voltage is 3750 to 5000 Vrms. The switching rate (tpLH) is 550 ns (max) and skew rate (tpHL to TpLH) is 400 ns (max).
