Welcome to the Toshiba Small Signal MOSFET (S-MOS) product training module. This module will introduce the features and benefits of S-MOS, explain the S-MOS part numbering scheme, and introduce new Toshiba S-MOS products. The main purpose for this training is to familiarize customers with the variety of Toshiba small signal devices and key characteristics needed to select the appropriate product for a given application.
