The SiC40x family feature the integration of a controller, driver and high side and low side MOSFET in a single package. The wide input range of the part makes it suitable in a wide range of applications. A 6 A, 10 A and 15 A solution in one common footprint. In a system with several rails with various currents, the same basic design can be used.
