ANT Protocol Basics

ANT stands for Adaptive Network Topology and is an embedded network protocol that minimizes power consumption in a variety of applications. This training module will provide an overview of ANT and discuss the serial message protocol between a host and ANT radio chip. The functions of the slave and master nodes will be reviewed, as well as ANT channels and the supported network topologies. Additionally, development tools and application notes will be highlighted and resources will be listed.
