Automotive High-Temperature SMD PolySwitch | Datasheet Preview

Littelfuse is now offering the first miniature-sized high-temperature SMD devices of PolySwitch PPTC resettable overcurrent and short-circuit protection. These products, with a temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius, are designed to operate in the harsh environments of the automotive industry. The series is qualified to AEC-Q200 and ISO/TS16949 standards. Their compact designs allow for implementing overcurrent protection for those applications where space is a primary concern and resettable protection is preferred. Other features and benefits include a wider range of form factors and being suitable for standard PCB assembly. Ideal applications include automotive and industrial transportation, infotainment and telematics, climate control systems, sensor protection, ADAS, and more.
