The ADL5604 is an externally tuned 1W driver amplifier which supports the widest frequency range of 400 MHz to 2700 MHz. At 2.63GHz the ADL5604 achieves a gain of 12.2dB, and an OIP3 of 42.2dBm to deliver a P1dB of 29.1dBm at only 318mA of current. The compact 4mm x 4mm package supports the need to reduce system size, and the driver has the ability to be powered-down and up quickly in 50nS for TDD (time division duplex) applications, or systems requiring power saving modes.
