The ADL5601 and ADL5602 offer a high dynamic range from an internally matched gain block. This is accomplished by providing low noise figures and high OIP3 specifications simultaneously across the entire 50MHz to 4GHz frequency range. The graph on the left shows OIP3 vs frequency and output power. The graph on the right shows the noise figure vs. frequency and temperature.
