The ADL5601 and ADL5602 offer a high dynamic range from an internally matched gain block. This is accomplished by providing low noise figures and high OIP3 specifications simultaneously across the entire 4GHz frequency range. The graph on the left shows OIP3 versus frequency and output power. The graph on the right shows the noise figure variation across multiple parts from multiple lots over frequency.
