The ADL5535 and ADL5536, SOT-89 IFAs have wide dynamic range. Both offer high linearity over frequency, and gain flatness over frequency, while maintaining very low noise figures. The graph on the left shows typical OIP3, P1dB, and gain variation vs frequency, while the graph on the right shows the gain vs frequency and temperature for the ADL5535.
