Welcome to the STMicroelectronics Digital MEMS Microphones – Part 1 product training module. This presentation will provide an overview of the MEMS microphones series from ST, with a review of MEMS mic applications and requirements. There will be a review of microphone performance terminology, as well as mic package terminology, and how they apply to MEMS microphone operation. Performance differences between ST’s MEMS mics and competitors’ devices will also be discussed.
