3M Thermally Conductive Interface Pads, both acrylic and silicone, are available with thermal conductivities ranging between 1.3 and 4.9 watts per meter Kelvin. 3M pads come in a variety of softness and thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 millimeters to custom thicknesses, like 10 millimeters. With the exception of 3M pads 5591 and 5515S, all 3M Thermally Conductive Interface Pads are in compliance with UL 94.
