Section 5307.4.1(2018) of the International Fire Code (IFC) indicates that CO2 enrichment systems with greater than 100 pounds of CO2 and CO2 enrichment systems with any quantity of CO2 having a remote fill connection shall be provided with CO2 sensors where CO2 is expected to accumulate. Sensors are to be located within 12” of the floor.
