A quick overview of ams OSRAM Hall-based magnetic position sensors which address both remote and embedded applications is shown on this slide. As shown in this overview the AS5047P is an angular on-axis rotary position sensor which can be used in applications such as robotic joint systems, building automation, stepper motors closed loop, optical encoder replacement, etc.
