As shown in the left graph, the ADL5320 driver amplifier does well in ACPR (Adjacent channel power ratio) performance. At an output power of 10dBm the ACPR is still very low at −70dBc, making the device particularly suitable for PA driver applications. The right-hand graph shows that the ADL5320 also provides 42dBm of OIP3 and 25.7dBm of P1dB at 2.14GHz at only 104mA.
