The termination options for the waterproof RJ45 panel mount jacks include IDC, PCB, and a rear RJ45 Jack. For front panel installation, place the gasket against the back of the connector flange and insert the back of the receptacle through the recommended panel cut-out.  Then insert the washers and screws through the front of the flange and tighten until the gasket is snug between the flange and panel.
