Governments worldwide regulate EMI/RFI usage. In the U.S., the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) regulates EMI and RFI, Europe has the CISPR (Special International Committee on Radio Interference), and in China, the CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration) regulates all electronic products used or produced in the Chinese marketplace.
