Welcome to EPC’s eGaN®  FETs for high performance DC-DC conversion product training module. This presentation will discuss some of the key eGaN FET characteristics and the advantages offered by converters designed using EPC’s eGaN power FETs. It will also explore four common power conversion topologies and compare the performance of existing state-of-the-art power MOSFETs and eGaN FETs.
