This table highlights some of the improvements users will find in these second generation eGaN FETs and compares them with the prior generation product from EPC. First of all, the 40V EPC2015 has been upgraded for operation at 150°C. Secondly, both of the new devices have reduced gate charge which can result in faster switching times and lower switching losses.
