The EN6340QI and EN6363QI easily provide the maximum rated currents of 4-A and 6-A with no derating over the full operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, with no airflow. The junction to ambient thermal resistance of the package is only 12.5˚C/W. The recommended maximum junction temperature for continuous operation is 125˚C.
