This table shown here summarizes all the various eMMC devices that ISSI is currently offering. They are ranging from 4 GB to 64 GB, in two different package options, namely the 153 ball and the 100 ball BGA package. Each device also comes either in an Industrial Temperature grade option or an Automotive grade option.
