The LTC2451 is a 16-bit single-ended I²C ADC. An external reference between 2.7V and the supply voltage can be applied at REF+. Their small size makes these ADCs a good fit for point of load voltage or current measurement. Also, because there is no data latency, multiple channels can easily be multiplexed into a single ADC.
