The LT3009 is housed in a low profile (0.75mm) 6-lead DFN (2mm x 2mm) package or a thermally enhanced 8-lead SC-70 package which both operate from -40°C to 125°C junction temperature. Both packages also offer excellent thermal performance; the SC-70 due to its 3 GND pins fused to the leadframe, and the DFN package from its backside thermal pad.
