The MAX1722x is ideal for wearables and IoT sensing devices. It is also formatted for any application that supports low-voltage batteries, such as zinc-air, which have voltages of ~1.4V. Some example applications are Optical Heart-Rate Monitoring (OHRM) LED drivers, primary and secondary portable systems, low-power wireless communication products, and supercapacitor backup for real time clocks and alarm buzzers.
