MCC offers three performance types of Schottky Diodes. If the designer takes 100 V reverse-voltage types, then the standard ones have a typical voltage drop of 770 mV, the Trench technology brings further improvement to 670 mV, and the top-performing Low Trench technology offers only 550 mV. The low forward products are perfect matches for applications where lower power loss is a priority.
