The MCP39F501 contains two 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADCs with 94.5dB SINAD, -107dB THD, and 112dB SFDR performance, along with integrated PGAs and a low-drift voltage reference. This enables a 0.1% active power measurement error (typ.) over a 4000:1 dynamic range. (Dynamic range is the ratio of the largest and smallest current being sensed.)
