Moving on to the portfolio, Nexperia offers a 4.2 mΩ standard level focused on 3-phase motor drive applications. Also available is a 13 mΩ logic level device focused on DC/DC conversion. Both of these devices are at 40 V with the scope for the portfolio to grow with new silicon technologies in the future.
