As shown in the figure, the no-load power consumption increases with the input voltage but remains less than 200 mW. However, when an external bias circuit is implemented, the no-load input power remains close to 25 mW as the input voltage is increased. These are both well below the 300 mW CEC/Energy Star 2.0 limit.
