The BD8P250MUF-CE2 primary switching regulator has a fixed 5V output at up to 2A. It accepts an input up to 36V (42V maximum). It operates at a fixed switching frequency of 2.2MHz and has a spread spectrum feature if desired. It offers a light load mode operation to ensure high efficiency (>70%) at currents down to 1mA.
