The KDZ Zener diodes deliver 1W of power in a compact SOD-123 package. Conventional 1W products are usually only available in the SOD-106 size, which ROHM also offers with the PTZ series. The rated junction temperature is 150°C and the operating temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C. This makes the KDZ series ideal for power supply and automotive applications.
