The diagram here shows a typical setup for a bidirectional DC fast-charging industrial station. It allows power flow not only for charging an EV, but also to charge back from the EVK to the electric grid. In the image, the PFC stage is shown in a 3-phase bidirectional configuration, and the DC/DC stage as a dual-active bridge (DAB) resonance isolated bidirectional converter.
