To facilitate designs using ROHM’s IGBT IPM, a tool for simulating loss is provided. The simulator can be found on ROHM’s website (www.rohm.com). Once on ROHM’s site, click products. Then under power devices, click IGBT-IPM. There, the customer can find the download loss simulator. The simulator tool allows various kinds of losses to be checked and downloaded as a CSV file.
