The next few slides show typical applications using the PZ cap technology. The first is a high-speed IGBT. The circuit reaction rate assists to speed-up, lower the ESR and allow for high ripple current. The application example is for an IGBT gate drive used in an industrial application. A 35V PZA is suitable for a 15VDC line of an IGBT gate drive circuit.
